Echospace is a small yet mighty interior design & build company based in London. A thriving ecosystem of skillsets, they create meaningful work through an uncomplicated, people-led process.
Having just turned 5 years old, Echospace had their eyes firmly set on the future, with the ambition to work with larger-scale projects without compromising on their brave, expressive and instinctive style. We teamed up with Echospace to help navigate that transition, creating a full brand package, from strategic positioning to a launch sizzle film.
The new logo, inspired by floorplans, provides the brand’s foundations. Literally the negative space of an ‘E’ and an ‘S’, the logo adapts across the brand system to demonstrate the team’s dynamic approach to innovating workspaces.
Introducing Echo Sans — a bespoke typeface crafted
with a strong sense of negative space. Monospace letter
width gives our typeface a technical edge, while flat inner
counters bring an architectural feel. A variety of asymmetrical
constructions add further character to the typeface which
is used across the new identity.
Echospace doesn’t have employees, it has ‘Islanders’.
Each Islander has their own unique personality which we
represented through illustrated spirit animals. A family of 25
characters were created, one for every Echospacer.
