Founded in 2007, Bolder is an independent 3D and moving image studio that creates remarkable visuals for high-performance products, from sportswear to cosmetics. Over almost two decades, Bolder has built a reputation for simplifying the complex and making the technical feel human.
Continuously levelling up their skills, Bolder needed a new identity and website that remained relevant alongside their ever evolving output, while capturing their meticulous craftsmanship and endless curiosity.
Our new brand for Bolder centres around an endlessly looping rotation of a sculpted ‘B’ icon, capturing the studio’s constant strive for visual excellence. The static version of the icon is slightly off axis, suggestive of hidden dimensionality.
Taking inspiration from our icon, our wordmark carries sculptural qualities, refined into an elegant typographic form.
A stripped back yet unique colour palette lets our work do the talking, and a vivid hit of green provides a branded edge to interactive content.
From social to web, ‘The Bolder Grid’ provides a deliberately visible structure for anything branded, tying typographic and image-based elements together.
